We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team in delivering successful MSP onboarding projects and professional services engagements, including cloud migrations, cybersecurity implementations, and infrastructure transitions. This remote position plays a critical role in keeping complex, multi-stakeholder projects on track while ensuring clear communication between clients, vendors, and internal technical teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and is passionate about serving mission-driven organizations through technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

Required 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in IT or professional services
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiences
