Field Service Representative
Field Technicians are responsible for meeting in person with our clients at their place of business and assisting them with obtaining services from Vicinity.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year in customer service or retail position preferred.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Current drivers license and clean driving record.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
What we Expect from you?
- Meet with clients at their place of business and assist them with receiving technical support.
- Actively listen to clients, understand their needs and document those requests in a service ticket.
- Proactively schedule appointments with clients.

- Up to 75% of this position will be at client office locations and involve driving to and from appointments.
