Engineer

Engineers are responsible for maintaining client IT infrastructure and ensuring that the systems and networks are running efficiently and securely. Moreover, through active collaboration with our clients, Engineers are able to design, build, test, deploy and maintain world leading technology solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
  •   3 years of experience as an IT technician, administrator, or engineer
  •   4-year degreee (or substitute for an equivalent number of additional years of experience)
  •   Microsoft advanced certification
  •   Cisco CCNP certification
What we Expect from you?
  •   Design, implementation, testing and maintenance of technology infrastructure (hardware and software) including cloud services, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices.
  •   Project management and active collaboration with team members and clients.
  •   Continual learning and education to stay up to date on emerging technologies and trends.
  •   Participate in on-call rotation.

Field Technician

Field Technicians are responsible for providing installation, technical support, troubleshooting and repair of hardware, software and network issues that arise within client technology systems. The are required to visit client sites to diagnose and resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications
  •   1 years of experience as an IT technician, administrator, or engineer
  •   2-year degreee (or substitute for an equivalent number of additional years of experience)
  •   Microsoft advanced certification
What we Expect from you?

  •   Documenting all issues in work tickets and other documentation.
